Renihan Refrigeration Ltd was founded in 1987 by Denis & Mary Renihan. Denis had one van on the road travelling mainly around counties Cavan and Monaghan carrying out service and repair of bulk milk tanks for the agricultural industry while Mary was busy running operations behind the scenes.
Over time, the business was expanded to include the sale, repair and servicing of refrigeration and air conditioning equipment to the agricultural, leisure & retail industries including dairy farmers, hotels, shops, bars & restaurants, covering areas from the Midlands to Donegal and across Northern Ireland.
The business transferred to Denis & Mary’s son and daughter-in-law, Paul & Ashling Renihan, in 1996 and continued to grow under their leadership. The company now employs 15 staff with a large fleet of vehicles covering half the country.
